I cannot see whether or not the 'email forwarding feature' is working or not, and it is a paying feature, and it bugs/delays a lot.

The "solutions" that support gave me are not acceptable:
1) Check on destination e-mail: I don't have access to our partner's Google Mail, and this as "solution" doesn't make sense.
2) Send e-mail headers for your support to check whether they are being forwarded or not. The problem happens a lot, and randomly. This solution doesn't make sense.

I became a paying customer because I need to forward e-mails, and the only feature that I'm paying for its not working well, and I can't see a thing about it on my side.

Please make it possible to see forwarded e-mails ASAP.
