Hello, 

I like the fact we can see when a client opened/clicked an email that we sent to him through Zoho CRM.
But is there another extension or is this in Zoho roadmap, to have more details about it (how long the client stays on the email open, if he has deleted it, and so on,..)
I may ask a bit much and I am not sure it's even technically doable :)
