Hi!

We have recently switched from Zendesk to Zoho CRM and Desk.

However, our operations team, has one major issue - they can't see how many records there is in each view. In Zendesk there would be like this;

Open cases (12)
On hold (9)

Offers waiting for follow-up (92)

So the number in parantheses indicates how many tickets there are in each view. In Zoho CRM we have the dropdown menu with views in - but could easily accept other options - such as buttons or similar - if that could solve the issue. However, in the dropdown, we can't get the counted number to show.

Does anyone have a solution? A google chrome plugin? Buttons in the top bar instead? Something?
