Greetings,

I am a solopreneur that does a lot of follow-up calls. I use Zoho CRM on my Windows 11 laptop.

When making multiple calls, I like to keep my hands free as much as possible so I can update Notes etc.

Up until a few months ago, I was able to easily make calls to my Zoho CRM (Standard edition) Contacts using the following sequence:

1. Open Contact I want to call in Zoho CRM

2. Open the call screen on my Android phone

3. Pair my Bluetooth Earbuds to my Android phone

4. Click the phone icon next to the Zoho Contact phone #

5. Now the Contact phone # appears on the call screen of my phone

6. Press the SEND button on the phone to dial the Contact phone #.

For an unknown reason, steps 5 and 6 are no longer working. 

At a Zoho User Group meeting yesterday, I was assured that Zoho was not the problem. Another gentleman suggested that I need a Google extension to make the click-to-call process possible. As far as I know, I never sought out a Google extension in the past - the steps just worked!

Can someone recommend a free click-to-call solution (extension?) for this problem? I would be most grateful.
