Seeking Zoho Creator Expert (Delivery Management App / Logistics Ops) — Built & Deployed Before
Hi everyone,
We’re building a Delivery Management App (focused on delivery operations for now) using Zoho Creator. We’re looking for a Zoho Creator expert who has already developed and deployed a similar delivery/workflow system and can assist us with architecture, build guidance, and best practices.
What we’re building (high-level)
- A national delivery operations platform on Zoho, centered around a Central Delivery Hub (Zoho Creator) that coordinates all delivery jobs and statuses.
Key components:
- Central Delivery Hub (Zoho Creator): master delivery job record, workflows, status control, ops tools, dashboards
- Warehouse Portal (state-based): stock check (Zoho Inventory), packing (full/partial), dispatch/out-for-delivery
- Driver App: assigned jobs only, POD capture (photos/signature), failed delivery reasons + notes
- Customer SMS automation: automated updates and confirmations (Twilio/ABR gateway)
- Integrations: Zoho Books → Creator (job creation), Inventory (stock validation), CRM (customer + POD history), SMS/email alerts
What we need help with
- We need someone who can support us with:
- Solution architecture (data model, status machine, exception handling, permissions)
- Creator build & deployment (environments, rollout strategy, testing, performance)
- Integrations (Books, Inventory, CRM, Twilio/ABR, email alerts)
- Portal + mobile UX best practices (warehouse + drivers)
- Reporting & dashboards (SLA tracking, performance, failure analysis)
Ideal experience
