So I am trying to create a segment in campaign that pulls all the contacts with specific tags from CRM.

When I create the segment it is only pulling about 80% of the contacts with that specific tag.


I have isolated a few contacts that this happening for. When I tag that individual contact with a new tag in the CRM they still do not appear when I update the segment for that specific tag. At this point I believe that the problem is with a setting for the specific contact in the CRM. 

Any idea why this is happening?

I've had the same issue as well. 230 contacts with a specific tag and yet only 175 show tagged.

I am having the same issue, file import is 2097 contacts, and the segment is only capturing 261 of them. Segment is solely based on the tag assigned at import.

Hi, I've got 22648 contacts on Zoho CRM and have synced it to Zoho Campaigns and segmented it with the exact same criterias, however only 9242 contacts are showing up on the list of my segment.

After I send out the EDM (to that specific segment), I realised that it doesn't send out to the 9242 contacts and it only got sent to 6918 contacts.

Please help me out as the numbers are being reduced drastically from CRM > Segment on Campaigns > Final Email.

Hi, am having the same issue. I've got 536 contacts on Zoho CRM and have synced it to Zoho Campaigns and segmented it with the exact same criterias, however only 333 contacts are showing up on the list of my segment.
