I have created a segmentaiton using Zoho's own segmentation feature. However it seems it doesn't work correctly.

In the recency field I have used a booking date for my customers. All my customers have the booking date filled - but the segmentation doesn't use the latest booking date each time. Sometimes it uses a random one. Attached is an example - the customer was here in december 2022 - but uses the visit from december 2021 instead, as the last visit.

I have set it up with correct field etc in segmentation -> also attached as a screenshot.

Is it a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
