Selected Desk Ticket Field is not being synchronized

I've created a few reports to see the weekly ticket status on all departments in our Desk data. One of the departments was missing a field called "Serial Numbers" and I have added it into the synchronization setup just now but after forcing the synchronization I can't find it on the "Show/Hide Column" of the report settings. Please check this problem. Our workspace is already shared with your Analytics support team.

Be aware that there is already a field named as "Serial Number" in singular form but this one belongs to the "helpdesk" ticket layout. I'm trying to add the one in the plural form and which belongs to the "parts" department ticket layout.
