Too often, the zoho algorithm sorts, tags, or classifies items/emails that may need to be viewed in the primary inbox.  This is typically not a big problem unless hundreds of folders and subfolders have been imapped.  This causes one to have to scroll way down to the bottom of all the folders to reach the "all mail", "drafts", "sent", "tagged folders", or any other folder with a primary function.  "Back to Inbox" is not available at the bottom and grabbing onto the scroll bar is wonky at best.  The option to "move folder to top" and be able to arrange them in a different segment of the folders panel that would not be affected by "A-Z" sorting would be very helpful and make it much easier to transition from outlook.
