Hi! Hope someone can help me out. 

We currently use Zoho Sign to have documents signed (shockingly). The problem I have is that we often send 10 or more documents at once to be signed. The process of selecting each mail merge template, waiting for it to load, then selecting another, takes up for too much time. 

I am wondering if there is a way I can "group" the mail merge templates, then when I am in the CRM and choose to "Send with Zoho Sign", I can select this group which will then load all of the mail merge templates together rather than having to select them one by one? 

If anyone else has mastered this, please shout up.
