As the title says, when selecting a search result from the drop-down options no longer opens a new tab. I was talking with somebody in Zoho Chat this morning and apparently this is a change Zoho made. They said they would notify their developers. I'm very disappointed in this change, and so are all the users at my company. Being able to stay on your current tab and open a new tab is a very good and productive option. I don't see why they would take this away; at least give us the option to choose between the two.
I really hope this gets resolved. The solution I was given of hitting "Enter" on a Search then right clicking on the selection and opening in a new tab, is a work-around but it takes far too long; it creates about 3 unnecessary steps.
