I was trying to send notes to my contacts to use my new email, looks like too many bad email addresses in my address book. Could you please unblock my outgoing email ASAP?

BTW - what does "self unblock" mean? I saw the note, but then I got an "exceeded self unblock limit" message when I tried to unblock it myself?

Also - Is there a better way to handle this in the future?
