I am a snow removal service company for residential customers. We sell a flat rate snow removal package to residential customers each year. This means one sale per year, per customer. We do this on a scale that would require our CRM to have the capability of tracking hundreds of customers, and hopefully all my interactions and updates on each of them.
My question is, do I need to use the "potentials" module? It appears that it is geared towards selling multiple items to one customer. Or to say it better, manager new opportunities within one customer.
I'm just having trouble understanding what modules would and would not apply to my business. I just want to track initial contacts, and lead them right through the process of becoming a customer, and managing that relationship by always being able to remember our last interaction.
I also want to track the results of how my marketing campaigns are working. I've tried this with spreadsheets, but it takes regular record keeping, and I want to integrate it as part of the overall process.
