We are trying to send a lead via webhook from Zoho CRM A to Zoho CRM B.

We have been told it is possible via Webhooks (however only API v1) but the documentation is shocking, and support won’t help. The failures tab is also showing no errors even though on the lead timeline it says the workflow rule has been triggered alongiwth the webhook - yet the lead hasn’t been sent.

We are simply trying to do the following:

When Lead on Zoho CRM A is moved to Lead Status “Can’t Help” we want to send that lead to Zoho CRM B with all the same fields.

I’m not aure if I’ve generated the authtoken properly, or even using the correct Request URL....

Could someone help please!

Been struggling with this for weeks.
