I wanto to make an automated rule so the account  of an existing sales order would receive an email (created on email template) when the status on the sales order is changed to DELIVERED. 

But when i try to make this rule on the Actions part of the Rule it does not give me the option to send to the actual contact, just the account owner or account creator. 

What am i doing wrong?
