Send an alert to Vendor when PO is created or edited

Send an alert to Vendor when PO is created or edited

I would like to send an email alert to my vendor when a PO is approved or cancelled. I see I can only do this automation to the PO creator, PO owner, or PO owners manager. Is there a way to send it to a vendor instead?
