Send but not receive emails

Send but not receive emails

I set up my email so it's @mydomainname.com and also set up my alias. I can send email but do not receive it. 

Also, when I click an email address from within the CRM, I get directed to my hosting company's webmail . . . not Zoho's mail. This sort of defeats the purpose. : -\
