I need to send an email from outllook OR from within crm and have crm treat either method as the same "Sent From"....either "IMAP Shared User" or "Email Sent From CRM."

When I click the email address that appears in Contact List View, it spawns Outlook...this is fine.

When I click the "Send Email" link from within the Email section of the Contact record it spawns the Zoho email editor/sender.

How do I make that link spawn Outlook OR make that link send as a "IMAP Shared User"?

Most of the time I'm using Outlook, directly, but there are times when I'll want to send from the Zoho thin client.
