Looking for a hand here on creating a custom workflow. Not sure how to do it.
When a new lead is created by a customer entering their information using our webform they are classified as "New Lead" for their status and an automatic email is sent with some information and asking for a call to be setup.
What I'd like to create is a workflow that automatically executes as such?
- If they have been in "New Lead" status for 1 week, they will be automatically send "Email 1" and their status is automatically update to "Email 1 Sent"
- When they have been in "Email 1 Sent" Status for another week, another email is sent "Email 2" and their status is updated to "Email 2 Sent"
- This would continue forward 4 times. If after the 4th email is sent and they've been in "Email 4 Sent" status for one week they should be classified as "Lost Lead".
Any thoughts on how i can create this?
