Send Email Button in Contacts not working

Send Email Button in Contacts not working


The send email button in mine and my colleagues Zoho CRM contacts forms are not working. The button depresses but there is no response and a new email window does not appear as before. I have tried it in both Chrome and Firefox - same result. Anyone have the same problem? Any ideas on how to resolve?
