Why is it that when I click "Send Email" from within a potential, it never picks up the "Contact" and never populates the "To:" email field?
It picks up and populates the contact from Leads, but not in Potentials?
Then, when you do a lookup for the "To:" it lists every contact in the database without filtering by current account?
