We have a list of Contacts we want to send a holiday card to in a .csv file. We want to send just these Contacts an email using an email template. They are all already Contacts within Zoho CRM, but we've selected this specific group to send the holiday card to exclusively. Is there a way to designate just this group from the .csv?
