Send Email / Quick Action

I am trying to send an email directly through ZOHO while in my "account" record... NOT my lead record. I see the "send email" in the quick action on the lead record.

In the account record I do not want to do a mail merge or use an outside email system - I like having zoho record and log the email transactions in account's record like it does in the lead record.

Am I missing something?
