I have gone through this guide ( Webdata) iprovided by Zoho  but I really don't understand it (I don't have an IT background). Please can you provide a sample script of what I want to achieve. This is what I want to do:

Order Form on Zoho creator has the following fields: Name, Surname, Email, Address etc. On Add -> Success, I want this data to be pushed to an external site that also contains a form with the same fields as my  Order Form found in Zoho Creator. The tricky part is that for me to access the form on the external site, I first have to log in with a username and password. 

Please can you provide a sample script to achieve this.
