Send later feature is now supported in the latest version of the Zoho Mail iOS app.

In the latest version of the Zoho Mail iOS app (v2.7), users can now schedule mails to be sent at a chosen time and also set recurring mails using the 'Send Later' feature.
You can update the app either from the App Store or from the link given below
