Send link to meeting in email

Hello, I am new in zoho and I would llike to know HOW TO SEND A LINK VIA EMAIL to a lead so the lead would response back to me indicating the day and time for a meeting. 

I mean, I have an email template that finishes with a question:  "When is it much better for you to have a meeting with me?"  and right after that question, I would like to add a link that says:

"Schedule meeting"

When my new LEAD clicks on that link, he can send me the date of the desired meeting.  

I hope I explained myself correctly in what I want.  Thank you very much in advance for your answer.
