Send mail as name

Hello

I have 2 questions. The first one is: How do I get my name to appear in the "From" space of an email. When I send now it just has my Username <email address@zoho.com>. How do I make it My name <email address>?

My second question is, will Zoho Mail ever have advertising or is this how it is planned to remain?
