I wanted to share a list of potentials with another user. When I click on send mail under the more actions menu , iy asked me to select few records. I selected 7.  Then I was prompted to select a template. I only template shown was "bid deal alert". Once I selected that , screen shows 7 mails send.

This was most embarrassing as emails were not meant to be send to the contact listed in each potential record.

How do I rectify this.?
