ZOHO CRM - CUSTOM FUNCTION - SEND MAIL

When sending mail with the custom function in zoho crm - mails are not always sent.

It sends email ONLY through the zoho deluge mail server and I cant even know through script if mail is sent!!

On gmail mainly mails are not sent at all... we added a bcc and to check if mails are sent.

However in SEND MAIL function you can use a template and this send email through your custom mail server but the issue here is that you are completely limited in the way to design and add content in the mail template.

For ex: in a lead template - you cannot add a related product item! or you cannot add dynamic images or you cannot populate the number of photos as per records in the leads form....

IS there a way that we can setup a custom mail server cause the zoho deluge server is really faulty. Really need assistance from knowledgeable support in scripting deluge.
