send mails to the domain hongwangpacking.com.hk always failed

Our paid user hwadm@hongwangpacking.com sent mails to pxt@hongwangpacking.com.hk , always failed

we had intermediate lookup failure for hongwangpacking.com.hk MX which caused this problem.

It has been fixed after restarting the named service. Kindly check and get back to us for further clarification.”

But this problem occured again today，could you help solve it eventually ？
