For some reason, the "Send Notification Email" function does nothing from the Events module, but it works as intended on the Tasks module.
For a real-world example, see the "test1" job (a Task) which successfully delivered job details to my e-mail address. "test2" job (an Event) also has "Send Notification Email" checked but does not send a notification when the job is created.
Any ideas? We need events to be delivered to our subcontractors in order for your CRM to be useful for us.

PS: I tried to submit this as an e-mail under "Help" > "Email" in the CRM interface, and I could not get the form to submit.
