Is there any way to synchronize the default Outlook calendar with Zoho CRM's calendar?

We have new users that already have many months' worth of meetings on their Outlook calendar and they want to see them when they look at the Zoho CRM calendar.  Am I missing something, or can we really not sync the Outlook calendar to Zoho?

Please note, I don't want to send the Zoho calendar to Outlook as it's own unique calendar. I already see how to do that and that does not help. The users want/need to see their Outlook meetings when they are in Zoho CRM. Thanks!
