How to send a PDF report directly to a third-party API using Zoho Deluge?

I am looking for a way to generate a PDF from a report template and send it directly to an external API endpoint using invokeUrl.

Currently, I can download the PDF manually, but I need a fully automated workflow that captures the file object and posts it via HTTP multipart/form-data. Has anyone implemented this?
