Send SMS alerts using Webhooks

Imagine these scenarios:

You have an important customer meeting in two hours. But accidentally, it slips out of your mind and you schedule a meeting with another customer. Oops!
A payment from a customer is due today. You sent an email only to receive a vacation auto-response from the customer. The ordeal doesn’t end there as the payment cannot be processed without his consent!
A customer calls your toll-free and requests for a product activation kit. A case is created in CRM and assigned to a field sales rep in the same region as the customer. But the field sales rep fails to check and eventually the case is escalated.

These scenarios could be different.

You have a customer meeting in two hours. An hour before the meeting, you receive an SMS with the customer’s name and the time of the meeting.
The customer, whose payment is due today, receives an SMS with the payment details and discounts offered, if any.
When a case is assigned to the field sales rep, an SMS about the case details is sent to him.
