Send SMS notifications based on a record action on our Deals module

Hello all, 

I just finished a phone call with Zoho support team rep that helped me with several topics, but there is one in particular that we weren't able to solve. After thinking a little bit, I believe that maybe by sharing my case we will be able to find a solution. 

Our company manages high-end residential properties for clients to rent them for productions, events and meetings. Every time a client books one of our spaces for, let's say, a production, there are a lot of logistics involved with that:

- We need to get our space cleaned by our Cleaning Team
- We need to assign this reservation to one of our site reps

We've designed our deals module in a way so we can see in each "closed" deal what member of our cleaning team and what site rep have been assigned to that particular reservation. As of now, each one receives two email notifications:

- one triggered as soon as they are assigned to that reservation, with times, address and other critical information
-  second one triggered the day before the reservation at 8am as friendly reminder and as an invitation to communicate with our customer service in case there is any update or any conflict in their calendars.

After using this email system for a few weeks, we came to the realization that some members of our cleaning team really don't check their emails on a regular basis, so our efforts to build a proper system so our logistic strategy doesn't fail are in a really bad place right now. 

After discussing with some of our Cleaning Team members, we cam to realize that the best way to go would be for them to receive an SMS message since they do regular use of their phones. 

After speaking to a Zoho rep a few minutes ago, seems that our extension SMS Magic Interact can only interact with our Leads and with our Contacts module. However, we can only trigger this SMS notifications from our Deals module as of now. 

My questions are several:

- Is there a way to create a function that would be able to trigger such notifications (SMS) from our Deals module?
- Is there anything else we could do and we are not aware of as of now, for example, some sort of linking our Deals Module with our Contacts or Leads module? (this option seems blurry right now in my head, because in reality our Cleaning Team Agents or neither Leads or Contacts to our business, but happy to brainstorm)
- Are there any other options that Zoho customer service or a member of the forum could come up with for our specific case?
