My ZohoCRM Message has been integrated with my Whatsapp Number. I can receive message from my leads and reply it directly from my ZohoCRM. But my leads have to chat with me before so I can communicate with them.

Is it possible for me to initiate Whatsapp chat message to my leads directly from my Messages modules? I think I really need this feature for Whatsapp chat.
