My name is Dick Winkelmayer and my free Zoho email account is wink@greppotech.com


I work for a small, 3 person, medical device start-up affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. 

On Thursday 2/9 my account was hacked and a bunch of Spam was sent with the title line " Let us make your personal life great again".

I changed my account password on Thursday when I saw it happening. 

On Sunday 2/12 I sent emails to support@zohomail.com, abuse@zohocorp.com  

My account is unable to send any email still on Monday 2/13 because "Sender Address blocked Reason:554 5.1.8"

How do I resolve this so I can send messages from my account again?
