I've had my account for more than a year and used my iPhone X mail app to send/receive emails with zoho.
In the past two weeks, I have been unable to send emails through my phone. The error message says: "Unable To Send Mail A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The sender address was rejected by the server"
I have checked all my Zoho settings - they seem fine. I have checked my server records - they seem fine. I have removed and re-added my email account to my phone's mail app - this hasn't helped. My phone is using the latest iOS and all my apps are up to date.
I am still able to send / receive emails using my mail app on my Mac. I can still receive emails through my phone, but not send.
I have tested this by trying to send to a range of different emails and they all fail with the same error message above.
Please help!
