Sender blocked

I have received a message that I am blocked from sending Email, when I check the error it states the reason is "unknown". I am unable to "unblock" myself as that feature in the control panel is for paid subscriptions only. I'd like to know why I am blocked and what I need to do to get myself unblocked.
