Sender rejected

I have been trying to get someone at Zoho to unblock me from sending Email.  Each avenue I take Zoho wants me to Email support, um I'm blocked from sending Email.

I have even Emailed Zoho from my Gmail account and I have heard nothing.  Please, someone, tell me what tripped your spam algorithm and what I need to do to unblock myself so I can use Email again!!!!!
