Sender score - insufficient mail????

Sender score - insufficient mail????

Hello all,

I'm not necessarily an expert but I wanted to know the sender score of the ip I am sending email through with zoho.

So I pinged smtp.zoho.com, got this ip and put it in to senderscore, this is what I got back:

Why is this - surely there must be enough mail sent for the ip to have a score?
