sending Admin rights to machine

Our company's GPO does not allow our users to have admin rights. This is very problematic when trying to run as service, as many times it just won't work. It's very confusing for the users as it isn't their credentials that is being asked for and we cannot type it for them. 
Is there a way for us to send the admin credentials as they join the session and be removed when ending the session?
