I am evaluating using ZOHO CRM. One feature I want is that I should be able to send the email from ZOHO CRM and if the person replies to that email, that also I should be able to see in ZOHO CRM as threaded conversation in the Leads view. Basically, I want all my communication with the client in one view. Is that or something similar possible.
