Sending and watching requests sent to Support

Hi everybdoy,

Maybe someone can help me out.

In the past I sent questions  / reported problems to Zoho Support and always received confirmation and  - a couple of days later - a reply with a solution or explanation.

I have been trying to do this again a couple of days ago. Never received confirmation. Just sent another support request and so far haven't received confirmation either. Should be immediate, shouldn't it, as it is an automated process anyway.

I tried out "my requests" at the Support page - never bothered with that before. ( https://help.zoho.com/portal/signin)

However, this requires a sign-in. Well, I would have thought my account credentials would work but no , they don't (by the way, I was logged into my mail account at that point, too).

It seems that it is necessary to create a login / sign up for the Support page. There is no option to sign up, however! All I can do is sign in or reset the password.

So I have no way of checking my support requests.

What is going on here?  Forum posts not showing up, no reply to support requests anymore, no way (and I didn't find an explanation of how) to sign up for the Support portal?

I am still thinking that we are making a mistake but hey, that is why we are contacting support. BTW, we have a paid account.

(When choosing the correct forum for this post, I selected Mail because this is what we are paying for, and the same sub forum but the original problem we are having is about the Calendar function within Mail)
