Why is my account susan,
gilbert@zoho.com blocked for sending? I haven't exceeded the daily count - I checked online and there were only 100 in the last 36 hours... oddly they show each mail as being sent twice though no-one has actually received 2. This is seriously disrupting what I'm trying to do and causing me to send from a different email account that I am trying to close.... HELP!
