Sending data from webhooks to creator.

I am unable to send the data from my module in Zoho CRM to Zoho creator form. I want to use the webhook so that every edit and create webhook will trigger and data will be sent to creator for further actions. But webhook is unable to pass the data to creator. Please le me know the steps to follow and the urls as well.

I have tried the steps mentioned in the URL

but they are of no use as the problem continues.
