Sending Email Alert When New Lead Created Through Web Form

I've created my website using Zoho sites and included a CRM form on the site that automatically creates a lead when someone submits the form. But, I not able to get the workflow to automatically send out an email alert to the lead owner when the new lead is created. I followed the instructions at https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/workflow-rules.html, but to no avail.

Can anyone provide any assistance?
