Sending email follow up automation

I would like to know if Zoho CRM can do automation on sending follow up email 1 weeks after i send quotation and how to do the set up

We are sending company profile to lead manually and would like to follow up after 3 days.
If we would like to do follow up automation is it possible with our using webform or Zoho mail?
