Sending Email to a Single Contact

Hello,

This would be a HUGE benefit if we could include a pick list for email "Template Type / Name" on the email form when sending a single email to a contact.

Having the ability to "Attach Documents" directly into an email template would be very helpful as well.

This is one of the very things that I hoped Zoho could make more efficient. I would like to manage my email templates and have the ability to send bulk or single updates using the preconfigured email templates.

Any idea if these can be rolled into a future release of Zoho CRM?
