Sending email with multiple email address at magento - smtp pro...

I'm using magento 1.9.3 and smtp-pro as connection to zoho mail.
At zoho mail i have 4 another email beside administrator. The question is, is it possible to send email from magento with another email? Since at magento smtp-pro i just setting administrator email as authentication. Is it possible?

So for example for transactional email i use sales@mydomain.com, and for customer management i using support@mydomain.com?
